Nomination Committee appointed for Dicot Pharma AB

Uppsala, Sweden, November 2, 2026. A Nomination Committee has been appointed for Dicot Pharma AB in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee consists of Göran Beijer, Carl Leijonhufvud and Tore Robertsson.

Under the instructions for the Nomination Committee adopted by the Annual General Meeting, the members of Dicot Pharma’s Nomination Committee are to be appointed by the three largest shareholders or shareholder groups in the company in terms of voting rights that wish to appoint a member. The selection is based on the ownership structure as of 30 September 2026.

The Nomination Committee has now been appointed and consists of the following three members:

• Göran Beijer, appointed by Bertil Lindkvist
• Carl Leijonhufvud
• Tore Robertsson, representing Tor Finans AB

Tore Robertsson has been appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee. He has asked Eva Sjökvist Saers, Chair of the Board, to convene the Nomination Committee. No remuneration will be paid to the members of the Nomination Committee.

The Nomination Committee’s proposals will be presented in connection with the notice of the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee is responsible for preparing and presenting proposals for the Chair of the Board, Board members and the Chair of the Annual General Meeting, as well as for the election of auditors. Its remit also includes proposals for Board remuneration, allocated between the Chair, members and any committees, as well as remuneration of the auditors.

Shareholders’ proposals should reach the Nomination Committee no later than December 18, 2026 to allow them to be considered constructively. Proposals should be submitted by email to [email protected].

Dicot Pharma’s 2027 Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2027 at 5:00 p.m. in Uppsala.
