Dicot Pharma announces last day of trading in BTU and first day of trading in warrants of series TO 7

Uppsala, Sweden, June 24, 2026. Dicot Pharma AB’s rights issue of units, for which the subscription period ended on June 4, 2026 (the "Rights Issue"), has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and paid subscribed units ("BTU") will be replaced by shares and warrants of series TO 7. The last day of trading in BTU on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is June 25, 2026, and the first day of trading in warrants of series TO 7 is July 1, 2026.

The last day of trading in BTU is June 25, 2026 and the conversion date for BTU is June 29, 2026. The new shares and warrants are expected to be credited to each shareholder’s VP account/custody account on or around July 1, 2026. The first day of trading in warrants of series TO 7 is July 1, 2026 and the last day of trading is May 20, 2027.
