Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has today signed and closed the acquisition of a grocery store in Finland for EUR 4.3m. The property is acquired from a Finnish private investor.
The asset is located in Jyväskylä approximately 1 km from the city centre and has a lettable area of around 3,200 sqm. The Property is fully let with S Group as an anchor tenant with a long-term lease agreement and the weighted average lease maturity is close to five years.
