Mavshack AB Comments on Bankruptcy Petition Filed by the Swedish Tax Agency

Mavshack AB ("Mavshack" or the "Company") has become aware that the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) submitted a bankruptcy petition against the Company to the District Court on April 29, 2026.

The petition was filed due to a delay in the Company's tax payment, which occurred as a result of public holidays affecting the payment processing timeline.

Mavshack can confirm that all decided taxes have now been fully paid. The Company therefore expects the Swedish Tax Agency to withdraw its petition without delay. A hearing has been set for May 21, 2026 at 9:30am. Mavshack will keep the market updated as and when new information becomes available.
