KlaraBo continues repurchase of own shares
In accordance with the authorisation from the annual general meeting on 3 May 2023, the board of KlaraBo Sverige AB has resolved to continue its buyback program of its own shares for a maximum amount of SEK 30 million allocated over 2024.
Purchase of own shares may take place on one or more occasions during the period until the next annual general meeting. Continued buybacks after the 2024 annual general meeting require that the 2024 annual general meeting again authorises the board to resolve on the purchase of shares in the company.
Further, the holding of own shares may not at any time correspond to more than ten percent of the total number of shares in the company. Repurchase shall be made at a price per share within the price range on Nasdaq Stockholm at any given time, which means the interval between the current highest purchase price and the lowest selling price. Payment for the shares shall be paid in cash.
The buyback program provides greater possibilities to adapt the capital structure of the company from time to time. Among other things, the buyback program also provides the possibility to transfer shares as payment in connection with acquisitions.
KlaraBo Sverige AB currently holds 721,497 ordinary shares of class B.
