Eniro Group continues its Nordic growth journey through the acquisition of Finnish Mainostoimisto SST Oy

Eniro Group AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Mainostoimisto SST Oy, a well established Finnish digital marketing agency with a strong position in the public sector and the pharmaceutical industry. The acquisition is carried out based on an Enterprise Value of EUR 2 million and represents a strategic step in Eniro’s Nordic growth journey, strengthening the Group’s offering within specialised and performance driven digital marketing.

SST has more than 30 years of history of profitable growth and holds a particularly strong position within public procurement, government communication and regulated industries. The company combines creative production with data driven digital marketing, with specialist expertise in content, campaign execution, media buying and digital platforms. Its customer base primarily consists of public sector organisations and large institutions with high demands on quality, regulatory compliance and measurable results. SST's turnover in 2025 amounted to close to 3 million euro with an EBITDA of more than 500 thousand euro.

Through the acquisition, Eniro further strengthens its presence in Finland while simultaneously creating new opportunities to expand SST’s offering into Sweden and the wider Nordic region, where demand for structured and professional communication within the public sector is expected to grow.

The acquisition complements Eniro’s previous Nordic acquisitions, including Medialuotsi and Qwamplify, and represents another step in building a broad yet specialised Nordic platform for digital marketing and customer relationships.

SST will continue to operate under its own brand with its current management team and organisation, while being gradually integrated into the Eniro Group. The acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on Eniro’s earnings during the first year.

Closing is planned for 4 February 2026.
