Eevia Health Plc receives a MSEK 1,8 (KUSD 169) sales order
Eevia Health ("Eevia" or "The Company") received a MSEK 1,849 / KUSD 169 blanket sales order for the elderberry extract Feno-Sambucus™ 7 ORGANIC from a distributor in the US.
The blanket order is from Select Ingredients, a San Diego, California, US distributor. Select Ingredients specializes in organic ingredients and high-quality natural plant extracts and serves branded customers in the Golden State and other large US states.
The end customer is a company in the whole foods and drinks segment that is experiencing fast growth across North America.
FENO-SAMBUCUS™ 7 ORGANIC is an elderberry extract with a standardized level of anthocyanins that complies with key monographs, such as the United States Pharmacopeia. However, due to Eevia's production and purification approach, the product contains more other polyphenols than comparable extracts, and it is documented in vivo that it has a better bioactivity performance as well. The product is known for its immune-modulating properties.
Select Ingredients will call on the blanket sales order in several "draws" over the next few months. The sales value in euros is KEUR 160 (KSEK 1,849) FCA Finland. This order is a repeat order from the end customers. Eevia expects further repeat orders in the future.
