Cibus Real Estate AB (publ) issues senior unsecured green notes in an amount of SEK 700 million
Cibus has successfully issued senior unsecured green floating rate notes in a total amount of SEK 700 million under the issuer's MTN programme (the "New Notes"). The New Notes have a tenor of 4.3 years and a floating interest rate of STIBOR three months plus 210 bps and will mature on 11 January 2031. Cibus intends to apply for listing of the New Notes on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
Nordea Bank Abp and SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige acted as bookrunners in respect of the issuance of the New Notes. BAHR Advokatbyrå AB has acted as legal advisor in connection with the issuance of the New Notes.
