Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) CEO resigns
The board of Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB ("Cibus") and Sverker Källgården have together agreed that Sverker Källgården will step down as CEO. The company will start a recruitment process with the aim of finding a new CEO and Sverker will remain in his role until that process has been concluded.
The The board is very pleased with the market position Cibus has reached during Sverker's leadership. When Sverker was appointed as CEO in March 2019, the company had no personnel of its own, was listed on First North and only had a few thousand shareholders. During Sverker's tenure as CEO, the company has developed into an independent company, listed on the main list of the Stockholm stock exchange with almost 50,000 shareholders. Furthermore, the company has more than double its real estate portfolio and it is now active on all four main Nordic markets.
