Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) acquires two grocery stores in Finland
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has today signed and closed the acquisition of two properties located in Helsinki and Lahti for EUR 1.5m.
The acquired assets have a total area of approx. 1,200 sqm and have been fully lease to S Group and Kesko, the weighted average lease length being over seven years.
