Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) acquires a grocery store in Denmark for EUR 2.9m
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) ("Cibus" or the "Company") has today signed and closed the acquisition of a grocery store in Denmark for EUR 2.9m.
The asset is located in Rødekro, Southern Jutland and is fully let to Rema 1000. The asset has been constructed in 2012 and has a lettable area of around 1,150 sqm. The property is acquired from a Danish private investor.
