Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) has today closed the acquisition of a daily-goods store in Southwest Finland for EUR 3.8m.
The asset is located in Kankaanpää, Southwest Finland and is fully let to HalpaHalli. The asset was constructed in 2008 and has a lettable area of around 3,000 sqm. The property has been acquired from a Finnish private investor.
