Beslut om upptagande av ny finansiering

Den extra bolagsstämman i Caybon Holding AB beslutade i dag den 20 februari 2025 att uppta ny finansiering genom att emittera nya superseniora säkerställda obligationer till ett totalt nominellt belopp om upp till högst 175 000 000 kronor med förfall 2028, huvudsakligen på de villkor som offentliggjordes genom pressmeddelande den 3 februari 2025.
