Caybon Holding appoints Johan Janing as new CEO and reaches an agreement in principle with its stakeholders on Caybon's future capital structure
As further mentioned in a press release issued 18 March 2024, Caybon Holding AB (publ) ("Caybon") has appointed Johan Janing as new CEO and president of the Caybon group as of 2 April 2024. Johan Janing has been the CFO of Caybon since 2014 and an employee since 2009.
Further, Caybon has signed a term sheet agreeing on a proposal in principle with a majority of the holders of Caybon's senior secured bonds (the "Bonds") and other stakeholders to ensure new financing and a long-term viable capital structure of Caybon going forward. As a part of the agreed proposal, certain holders of the Bonds will also provide a SEK 10 million super senior bridge financing to be put in place while the proposal in principle is being implemented.
Caybon's previous CEO, Richard Båge, will continue as a member of the board and advisor to Caybon during a transition period.
ABG Sundal Collier has been retained as financial advisor and Roschier Advokatbyrå AB has been retained as legal advisor to the Company and Gernandt & Danielsson Advokatbyrå AB has been retained as legal advisor to the bondholders.
