Caybon Holding AB (publ) announces delayed publication of audited consolidated annual financial statements
Caybon Holding AB (publ)'s ("Caybon") publication of its audited consolidated financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Financial Statements") which were to be published and made available no later than 30 April 2024 pursuant to the terms and conditions of its outstanding up to SEK 1,000,000,000 senior secured floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0017084478 (the "Bonds"), will be delayed due to the ongoing restructuring of Caybon's capital structure, as announced by Caybon in March 2024, and the actions relating thereto to be resolved upon pursuant to the written procedure initiated 29 March 2024 and on the extraordinary general meeting to be held on 2 May 2024.
The Financial Statements are expected to be published no later than on 6 May 2024.
