Conversion of Shares in Annehem Fastigheter
According to the Articles of Association of Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ), holders of Class A shares have the right to request that such shares be converted into Class B shares.
Upon shareholder request, the Board of Directors of Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) resolved on 18 March 2026 to convert 3 000 000 Class A shares into Class B shares. The conversion has been submitted to the Swedish Companies Registration Office for registration and is expected to be completed in week 12, 2026.
