Annehem Fastigheter extends and expands lease agreement with Lund University until 2036
Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) has signed an extended and expanded lease agreement with Lund University, strengthening the university's long-term presence at Ljungbyhed Park. The agreement, which covers the university's premises for theoretical education and research, runs for ten years and means that the tenant will increase its leased space to 1,400 sqm. In addition to the above-mentioned extension, Lund University already leases approximately 6,000 sqm across several buildings within the area.
Ljungbyhed Park is a future-oriented cluster for education, research and development on the ground and in the air linked to the existing airport in the park. Lund University is one of Annehem's major tenants in the park and has operated there since 1984 through its pilot training and research in aeronautical sciences. Over time, the operations have developed through several new initiatives, including research on future renewable aviation fuels, drone training, and the national defence capability development.
