Comments from the CEO

I am pleased to note that in the second quarter we will continue the path we have taken from the first quarter. As in the first quarter of the year, we delivered another strong profit before tax. This once again confirms that the new SDS, with our optimized cost base and operational leverage, stands on a solid foundation.

Order intake during the quarter was lower compared to the strong inflow in the first quarter. This is primarily an effect of the fact that many deals in our pipeline has been delayed. Sales cycles are sometimes long in our industry, but the assessment of these customer dialogues is good, and we expect that most of these delayed deals will come during the third and fourth quarters.

Thanks to our strong financial performance so far this year and the expected order intake going forward, we can confidently repeat that this year's guidance is fixed. Our assessment remains that profit before tax for the full year 2026 will be in the range of SEK 45 to 55 million.

We are continuously looking for new ways to optimize our resources and further streamline our operations. Through this proactive work, we expect to be able to realize further savings in the second half of 2026, which will further protect and strengthen our profitability.

Our future growth builds on our current position and existing customer base in telecom. We also have a great opportunity to take advantage of our strengths in transaction management and distribution to other verticals in the telecom market. We are therefore developing our platform to expand into adjacent ecosystems with strong growth, with a focus on Mobile Money, Fintech, MVNO, Home Connectivity and IoT. This means that we are taking the step of being a pure distribution platform. By integrating AI, predictive analytics and machine learning, we create long-term value that goes beyond the transaction itself, we can instead manage the entire customer journey and data insights for our partners with a continued focus on Africa. Middle East and Asia.

I look forward to an eventful second half of the year where we convert our strong pipeline and continue to create a long-term profitable and growing company.

Martin.
