Resqunit AB in Negotiations with Bio Vitos Norge AS on Agreement Modifications

Stockholm, July 3, 2024: Resqunit AB (publ) announces that it is currently in negotiations with Bio Vitos Norge AS with some potentially beneficial changes to the conditional agreement announced on March 20, 2024.

The agreement involved the acquisition of intellectual property rights and financing aimed at advancing Resqunit's existing and new business operations. 

The changes, instead of introducing a new commercial business, could be more in line with the company's current state as a holding company. 

Resqunit is committed to maintaining transparency and will release updated information as soon as it becomes available.
