Resqunit AB announces distribution agreement with Ad Mare Solutions in Portugal
Sandnes/Norway January 24th, 2023, 13:00 CET - Resqunit AB (Nasdaq First North GM: RESQ), ("Resqunit" or the "Company"), a company specializing in smart electronics for use offshore and in the fishing industry to reduce loss of fishing gear, today announced they have entered into a distribution agreement with Ad Mare Solutions Lda to bring Resqunit Trap Recovery System to the Portuguese market.

Ad Mare Solutions specializes in providing the maritime industry with technical solutions, with an emphasis on clean-up systems, oil spill preparedness, and the conservation of the oceans. The company is currently the official distributor in Portugal of equipment to combat marine pollution under the DESMI brand and Darçy absorbents and is the representative of the French brand Poralu Marine in Portugal, which sells the Bebot beach cleaning robot.

The distribution agreement gives Ad Mare Solutions the exclusive right to sell Resqunit products in Portugal for one year. Renewal of exclusivity is contingent upon annual outtake of at least SEK 1 200 000. The agreement is effective immediately.
