Nomination Committee appointed ahead of PowerCell’s Annual General Meeting 2027

The Annual General Meeting held on May 11 this year established principles for appointing the Nomination Committee for PowerCell Sweden AB (publ) (“PowerCell”). Representatives have now been appointed for the Nomination Committee.

The following individuals have been appointed to PowerCell’s Nomination Committee according to the principles adopted by the Annual General Meeting:

Uwe Zeise (chairperson of the Nomination Committee), representing Robert Bosch

Jesús Martínez Motilva, representing Axon Partners Group Investment

Roger T Storm, representing Handelsbanken Fonder

Katarina Bonde, Chairman of the Board

PowerCell’s Annual General Meeting 2027 will take place in Gothenburg on May 4, 2027. Time and location will be announced in conjunction with the publication of the notice.
