New number of shares and votes in PowerCell

During June 2026 the registered number of shares and votes in Powercell Sweden AB (publ) (“PowerCell” or the “Company”) has changed due to share subscription within the framework of the Company’s performance-based long-term incentive programme LTI 2021.

The Annual General Meeting on 22 April 2021 resolved to implement the performance-based long-term incentive programme LTI 2021. Due to exercise of warrants within the framework of LTI 2021, the number of shares and votes in the Company has increased by 265,159 during June 2026.

As of 30 June 2026, the total number of shares in PowerCell is 58,157,593 and the total number of votes in the Company is 58,157,593.
