Move About completes sale of Swedish operations to OKQ8
Move About Group AB's subsidiaries Move About AB and Move About Technologies AB have today completed the sale of the group's Swedish operations in accordance with the asset transfer agreement with OK-Q8 AB ("OKQ8") that was announced in a press release on 17 November 2023. Through the sale, all assets for the operation of the group's Swedish operations have been transferred to OKQ8 for a fixed purchase price of approximately 27 MSEK.
