KlaraBo Sverige AB determines record date for extraordinary dividend

On 26 June 2026, an extraordinary general meeting of KlaraBo Sverige AB, reg. no. 559029-2727 (“KlaraBo”) resolved on a conditional extraordinary dividend of SEK 1.40 per share to KlaraBo’s shareholders (the “Extraordinary Dividend”) and the board was authorised to determine the record date. KlaraBo’s board of directors has now resolved that the record date for the Extraordinary Dividend shall be 18 September 2026.

The dividend was conditional upon, among other things, the Swedish Companies Registration Office (or, if applicable, a court) granting KlaraBo and Sveafastigheter AB (publ), reg. no. 559449-4329, (“Sveafastigheter”) permission to implement the merger between KlaraBo and Sveafastigheter. The Swedish Companies Registration Office has, on 7 September 2026, granted permission to implement the merger plan for the merger. All conditions for the Extraordinary Dividend are thereby satisfied.

KlaraBo’s shares will trade excluding the right to the Extraordinary Dividend as from 17 September 2026 and payment through Euroclear Sweden AB is expected to take place on 23 September 2026.
