EYEON GROUP AB (publ): Applies for listing on Nasdaq First North Growth Market

EyeonGroup has seen accelerated growth in both the commercial aspects of the business and the development of the share price and to continue to drive this development, the Company wishes to attract additional international investors. International investors have expressed a desire to trade the Company's shares on a trading venue under the Nasdaq brand instead of on NGM Nordic SME. The Company therefore sees a listing on Nasdaq First North as a natural next step in its development to continue its growth journey and now gives more international investors an opportunity to take part in the Company's development. The listing of the Company's shares on Nasdaq First North Growth Market is intended to be completed during the first quarter of 2025. In connection with the change of listing venue to Nasdaq First North, no offer or issue of new shares will be made. The Company's shareholders do not need to take any action in connection with the change of listing venue.
