EYE World AB (publ) announces that Ernst & Young (EY) has successfully completed extensive financial and commercial due diligence of the Company. The comprehensive review was conducted to support Houlihan Lokey's upcoming capital raising initiative, which will fuel EYE World's continued M&A-driven expansion.
EY completed its due diligence review, providing independent analysis of key operational and financial areas. This work provided additional comfort regarding our business model and the assumptions underpinning our growth plan
With this milestone completed, Houlihan Lokey is now positioned to approach the market to secure capital that will fund our ambitious acquisition pipeline. The Company continues to pursue strategic M&A opportunities across Europe to expand its distribution network and strengthen its position as a leading full-stack cybersecurity platform for SMEs and consumers.
