Eniro Group AB launches a traditional share buy-back programme of up to MSEK 40
The Board of Directors of Eniro Group AB (publ) (“Eniro” or “the Company”) has resolved, pursuant to the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2026, to repurchase its own shares on Nasdaq Stockholm under a traditional share buy-back programme.
The purpose of the share buy-back programme is to achieve flexibility in relation to its equity and to optimize the Company’s capital structure. Any repurchased own shares may also enable the use of own shares as consideration or to finance the acquisition of companies or assets, or in connection with the administration of incentive schemes.
The share buy-back programme is subject to the following conditions:
- Purchases may be made on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with its Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares.
- Purchases may be made on one or more occasions between 24 July 2026 and 31 March 2027.
- The total amount paid for repurchased shares must not exceed MSEK 40.
- Eniro’s holding of its own shares must not at any time exceed 10 per cent of all shares in the Company.
- Acquisitions may be made at a price within the price range applicable on Nasdaq Stockholm at any given time, meaning the range between the highest bid price and the lowest ask price.
The buy-backs will be carried out by DNB Carnegie, which will act in accordance with instructions from Eniro.
The total number of shares in Eniro amounts to 14,923,649. At the time of this press release, Eniro holds 363,508 of its own shares corresponding to 2.44% of all shares in the Company.
