Priveq sells its shares in Caybon Holding AB (publ) to CEO and founder Richard Båge
Caybon Holding AB (publ) ("Caybon") hereby announces that its largest shareholder, Priveq Investment V (A) AB and Priveq Investment V (B) AB (together "Priveq"), has informed Caybon that it has sold all its shares in Caybon to Richard Båge, CEO and founder of Caybon. Richard Båge will as a result of the transaction become the majority shareholder of Caybon.
