Katrin Vogel has been appointed new CFO for Caybon Group

Katrin Vogel, who currently holds a position as deputy CFO and VP Group Head of business control at Acast has been appointed CFO for Caybon Group. Katrin has been instrumental in building Acast's business controlling function. She has also worked at Eniro as area business controller during a time when the business was transforming under external pressure.

I am very glad to team up with Katrin in the important transformation work which has been initiated at Caybon. Katrin's experiences from entrepreneurial and growing businesses as well as in change management are highly relevant. These experiences together with Katrin's personality and leadership skills will add value to our team.

Katrin will join Caybon on August [17] and she will fully assume the CFO role as of August [21] after the Q2 report has been published. Daniel Grufman will remain CFO until this date and also be available for a transition period.
