CEO'S COMMENTS ON THE PERIOD YEAR TO DATE
The second quarter of 2026 was marked by ongoing geopolitical uncertainty around the Strait of Hormuz. Tanker markets remained well supported, dry bulk delivered a resilient performance with rates comfortably above year-prior levels, container shipping continued to perform strongly with rates at their highest since 2024, and offshore/PSV maintained solid activity driven by continued exploration and production programmes.
During the quarter, we executed a significant portfolio rotation, with our most substantial new commitment in the offshore and MPP segment alongside a new position in larger dry bulkers. We also concluded divestments across dry bulkers, container ships and tankers. During the quarter, BlueYield distributed a dividend of SEK 30.4 million to shareholders.
The portfolio's loan-to-value ratio remains conservative, and the Company maintains a solid liquidity position. Given the portfolio's strong performance, the Board intends to propose an extraordinary dividend of at least SEK 5.50 per share at an Extraordinary General Meeting to be convened before year-end. Further information will be published in due course.
