BlueYield AB ("BlueYield" or "the Company") hereby provides an update on completed transactions in the portfolio during the period July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026.¹

ACQUISITIONS JULY 1, 2026 - SEPTEMBER 30, 2026

• Acquisition of shares within the dry bulk segment amounted to SEK 18.1 million
• Acquisitions of shares within the container ship segment amounted to SEK 4.3 million

DISPOSALS JULY 1, 2026 - SEPTEMBER 30, 2026

• Disposals within the tanker segment amounted to SEK 4.9 million
• Disposals within the Platform Supply Vessel ("PSV") segment amounted to SEK 1.6 million
• Disposals within the container ship segment amounted to SEK 0.6 million

*The majority of the transactions are denominated in USD. An average exchange rate for the period January 1, 2026 to October 9, 2026 of SEK 9.4034 has been applied in the currency conversion.

¹Please note that the press release published on June 17, 2026 referred to the period April 1, 2026 to June 17, 2026. No transactions took place between June 18, 2026 and July 1, 2026.
