Correction: Interim report Jan-Mar 2024
A correction has been made in the interim report that Annehem Fastigheter AB (publ) published on May 3, at 8:00 AM CEST.
The correct value for the key figure long-term net asset value EPRA NRV per share is SEK 30.7 (42.4) for the period January-March 2024.
The corrected key figure has a calculation method based on the outstanding number of shares instead of average number of shares which was incorrectly used. The key figure can be found in the press release that was published at the time as well as in the interim report on page 2, page 3 and on page 28 in the Long-term net asset value table EPRA NRV and on page 29 of Multi-year overview key figures.
The correction has no impact on other key figures or the report in general and no changes beyond the above have been made.
