Annehem awarded for highest customer satisfaction for the second consecutive year

In this year's CFI Group Fastighetsbarometern Office survey, Annehem's CSI increased to 82, compared with 81 in the previous year. This means that Annehem's customer satisfaction has improved for the third consecutive year. Since 2023, the company's CSI has risen from 74 to 82 on a scale of 0 to 100. This development reflects Annehem's long-term efforts to maintain close dialogue, provide personalised service and respond attentively to tenants' needs.

The annual survey provides Annehem with valuable insights for its continued efforts to further develop its property management and enhance the tenant experience.

About Fastighetsbarometern Since 1997, Fastighetsbarometern has presented awards to the property owners with the highest CSI scores in the Office, Retail and Warehouse/Industrial categories. Fastighetsbarometern Office is an independent customer survey conducted by CFI Group. It measures tenant satisfaction in areas including the standard of the premises, service, communication and the quality of property management. The results are compiled into a Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and the highest-scoring property owners are recognised annually.
