Tanks filled with wine after strong harvest - second highest in the company's history

Zhoda Investments' wholly owned subsidiary Testament Winery, Croatia's first Swedish winery, has concluded this year's harvest with a very strong result. A total of 333 tonnes of grapes were harvested, making it the second-highest harvest in the company's history and nearly 50 percent above the average since operations began.

The harvest was carried out under favourable weather conditions and with a continued focus on organic cultivation and hand-picked grapes. Winemaker Juraj Sladić assesses the grape quality as very high, creating strong conditions for the launch of new wines in 2026. A large harvest also has the advantage of lowering production costs per bottle.

"It is very pleasing to note that the tanks at Testament Winery are now filled to the brim. The team in Dalmatia has done a fantastic job in the vineyards, and we have also been fortunate with the weather. We look forward to presenting the wines to wine lovers around the world," says Robert Karlsson, CEO of Zhoda Investments.

Since 2017, Zhoda Investments, through Testament Winery and Black Island Winery, has built a portfolio of close to 20 wines across three segments - entry level, medium, and premium. The wines are based on local Dalmatian grape varieties and are currently served at more than 150 restaurants in Croatia, including several Michelin-starred establishments.

Testament Winery comprises approximately 50 hectares of vineyards with seven different grape varieties, enabling the production of wines in multiple styles and price categories. This broad portfolio meets growing local and international demand for quality wines with a clear origin.
