Changes in the Board of Scout Gaming Group AB

Scout Gaming Group, furthermore "SGG" or "company", informs that the Board member Jonathan Pettemerides have decided to step down from the Board to pursue new opportunities within the sector.
 
The decrease of Board members from four to three does not need any further action prior to the AGM in May 2026. According to the Articles of Association the company needs to have between three to eight Board members.
