Qbrick AB appoints Alexander Johnson as Chief Financial Officer

Alexander Johnson has more than ten years of experience in investments, financial management, corporate finance, and entrepreneurship. Most recently, he served as Investment, M&A, and Corporate Development Manager at LeoVentures and LeoVegas Group, where he led end-to-end investment processes-from sourcing, due diligence, and valuation to negotiation and integration-and supported strategic acquisitions and portfolio development.

He has also co-founded and served as CFO of a deep-tech startup, where he led financial strategy, investor relations, and fundraising, as well as broader company development initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Alexander held roles at PwC spanning accounting, auditing, and Corporate Finance, gaining a broad foundation in financial reporting, audit, valuation, and transaction advisory for private equity firms, listed companies, corporates, and SMEs across multiple industries.
