Information on the completion of the liquidation of Petrosibir AB (publ) in liquidation

An Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Petrosibir AB (publ) in liquidation has now been held for the presentation of the liquidator's final report, in accordance with the previously published notice convening the meeting. The minutes of the meeting are now available on the Company's website.

The liquidation is thereby completed. What remains is the distribution of the Company's remaining assets in accordance with the distribution statement, which is expected to be carried out during the first quarter of 2026.

The Company's website will remain available for information purposes for as long as required, after which it will be shut down.
