HL18 Property Portfolio AB (publ) - results from written procedure

On 21 March 2023, HL18 Property Portfolio AB (publ) (the "Company") instructed the agent for the Company's outstanding SEK 550,000,000 senior secured floating rate bonds 2021/2024 with ISIN SE0017082779 (the "Bonds") to initiate a written procedure regarding certain amendments to the terms and conditions of the Bonds in respect of, among other things, removing and amending certain provisions limiting the Company's ability to make divestments of a property or property-owning company owned by the Company from time to time (the "Written Procedure").

The Written Procedure expired on 19 April 2023. The quorum requirement of 50% of the adjusted nominal amount for the Written Procedure was met but the requisite majority of consents for the Written Procedure was not met and, thus, the Written Procedure was not approved.
