Safestate Group AB (publ): Renews PCI DSS Compliance

PCI DSS is the global security standard for companies that store, process or transmit payment card data. Without it, companies are not allowed to store this kind of data. With it, SafeState can.

That matters. SafeState's own breach data sourcing team maintains one of the world's largest breach databases, built over more than ten years and including payment card and financial data. It powers the identity protection that SafeState's partners in hosting, telecoms and insurance offer to small businesses and consumers. Renewed compliance confirms that data is stored and handled to the standard the card industry requires.

Daan Donders, CEO of SafeState: "Millions of people trust us to protect their identity, so how we handle their data has to be watertight. Being PCI DSS compliant again, now as one SafeState, proves it. Big thanks to our security and tech teams for making it happen."
