Eyeon Group AB has reached an agreement on a Letter of Intent (LOI) regarding the sale of Eyeon's ID protection service with a leading international Cyber Security company. The contract process is underway, and the parties have agreed on the initial commercial terms and timeline of the deal. The ambition is now to finalize a definitive agreement during the second quarter, based on the terms outlined in the current LOI.
The Cyber Security company is a leading international player in the Cyber Security segment with a globally recognized brand. The company holds a strong position in the market, serving B2B customers worldwide. The parties have agreed on the initial commercial terms of the deal, and the contract process is now progressing.
The parties have now signed a Letter of Intent to enter into a commercial agreement where Eyeon Group's services can be offered to the Cyber Security company's end customers in a global B2B market. This potential partnership would provide Eyeon Group with the opportunity to reach a large number of end customers in several new markets while expanding the Cyber Security company's product portfolio and creating additional sales potential within their existing customer base.
