Warrant programme for existing shareholders - exercise extension

Concerning the warrant program, the Board has resolved to amend the exercise period to March 30, 2026, to make the program meaningful under the circumstances and ensure that shareholders maintain the additional upside represented by the warrants. Further information will come in good time before the period to exercise.
 

Listing for share trading

The company is, as previously informed, now listed on the OTC-listan. For future listings, we are considering alternatives and are in preliminary discussions for evaluation purposes.
 

Status on the new business incorporated and in pipeline

The shipyard investment continues to perform in line with projections.

Our planned acquisition of the Dubai-based offshore oil services company is nearing completion. Technical, legal, and financial due diligence has been finalized. We will provide a further update once the transaction has been finalized.
