Autocirc issues subsequent bonds of SEK 130m

Autocirc Group AB (publ) (the "Company") has issued SEK 130,000,000 of subsequent bonds under the Company's existing 2022/2025 senior secured callable floating rate bond loan with a total framework of SEK 1,500,000,000 with ISIN: SE0017885916 (the "Bond Loan"). Following the subsequent bond issue, a total of SEK 1,130,000,000 will be outstanding under the Bond Loan. The net proceeds from the subsequent bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes. The subsequent bonds are issued at a price of 104 percent of the nominal amount.

Carnegie and Nordea acted as Joint Bookrunners in the transaction and White & Case acted as legal advisor to the Company.
