Amwood AB (publ) withdraws notice of written procedure under the terms and conditions of its senior secured bonds 2024/2027

Amwood AB (publ) (the "Company") has on the date hereof given instructions to CSC (Sweden) AB (the "Agent") to withdraw the written procedure initiated on 30 June 2026 in respect of its up to SEK 1,000,000,000 senior secured bonds 2024/2027 with ISIN SE0023113998 (the "Bonds"). 

On 30 June, 2026 the Company instructed the Agent to initiate a written procedure to request the bondholders to vote for certain amendments, waivers, and approvals regarding the terms and conditions of the Bonds. The notice of the written procedure and the proposed amendments, waivers, and approvals (including the background thereto) are available on the Company's website (https://amwood.se/) and via the Agent's information service (https://blog.cscglobal.com/our-services/capital-markets-services/bond-assignments/amwood-ab-publ).

 After concluding a principal agreement with the bondholders, the Company has decided, and instructed the Agent, to withdraw the notice of written procedure. The Company is preparing to initiate a new written procedure in order to address the principal agreement with the bondholders and provide the Company with the financial and operational flexibility necessary to focus on its core business and meet the maintenance covenants going forward.
