SELATEK strengthens its presence in Småland through the acquisition of Växjö Eltjänst
SELATEK continues its growth journey by acquiring Växjö Eltjänst, a well-established electrical installation company with a strong presence in Växjö and the surrounding region. The acquisition supports SELATEK's continued expansion and strengthens the group's local presence in Småland. The company already has established collaborations with companies within the SELATEK group, providing a clear foundation for a deeper and long-term partnership.
Växjö Eltjänst, with revenue of approximately SEK 30m, is a full-service provider of electrical installation to both corporate and private customers. The company has 13 dedicated employees with strong technical expertise and a clear focus on quality, forming the foundation for long-term and stable customer relationships. Through the acquisition, the business becomes part of SELATEK's growing group of entrepreneur-led installation companies. The current operational co-owners will remain in their operational roles and become shareholders within the Group.
