SELATEK acquires Elektromontage Power and strengthens its offering in low and high voltage power solutions

SELATEK continues its growth journey by acquiring Elektromontage Power, a specialist company providing low and high voltage power solutions. The acquisition represents a significant addition to SELATEK's technical offering and also marks its first establishment in Östergötland - a new and strategically important region for the Group.

Elektromontage Power is based in Norrköping and offers a wide range of low and high voltage power solutions for the industrial sector and energy distribution companies across Sweden. The company has 9 employees and revenues of around SEK 30m. Its services include tailored solutions in areas such as assembly, testing, commissioning, project management, and maintenance of both new and older electrical facilities. The current CEO and co-owner will continue in his operational role and remain as shareholder within the Group.
