Magnus Waller, Board Member of Acenta Group AB, has, through his company Magella Holding AB, acquired 95,664 shares in the company, through an off-market transaction, for a total value of approximately SEK 650,000. As a result, Magella Holding AB increases its total holding to 595,664 shares, corresponding to approximately 14.83 percent of the votes and capital in Acenta Group AB.
