Host Property AB (publ) confirms that the condition for total redemption of bonds with ISIN SE0013486057 has been fulfilled

Reference is made to the terms and conditions for the originally SEK 500,000,000 senior secured and guaranteed floating rate bonds with ISIN SE0013486057 originally dated 26 November 2019, as amended and restated on 26 March 2021 and on 28 November 2022 (the "Terms and Conditions") with Host Property AB (publ) as the issuer (the "Issuer"). Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning when used in this press release, unless otherwise defined herein.

Reference is further made to the Issuer's conditional notice of voluntary total redemption dated 21 November 2023 (the "Notice"), in which the Issuer gave conditional notice to all Bondholders that it will redeem all outstanding Bonds in full at a redemption price equal to 104.50 per cent. of the total outstanding Nominal Amount together with accrued but unpaid interest (the "Redemption"). For further information regarding the Redemption, please refer to the Notice.

As stated in the Notice, the Redemption was conditional upon completion of the divestment of 51 per cent. of the shares in the Issuer, as further described in the Issuer's press release dated 20 November 2023, taking place no later than 18 December 2023 (the "Condition").

The Issuer hereby confirms that the Condition has been fulfilled. Thus, the Redemption is no longer conditional and all outstanding Bonds will be redeemed in full today. The redemption price together with accrued but unpaid interest will today be paid to each person who as of the Record Date, being 11 December 2023, was registered as owner of the Bonds in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden. The Bonds will be delisted from Nasdaq First North Bond Market in connection with the Redemption.
