Autocirc announces appointment of Hugues Delval as new CEO
Autocirc is delighted to announce the appointment of Hugues Delval as the company's new CEO, effective August 5, 2024. Mr. Delval brings exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record in business execution, further strengthening the Autocirc Group. Following this appointment, Petteri Saarinen, the Executive Chairman and Interim CEO, will relinquish his interim role and resume his position as Chairman of the Autocirc Board of Directors.
Hugues Delval will lead Autocirc's continued success by focusing on key initiatives that drive our growth, development and company capabilities further, all with a strong emphasis on circularity and sustainability.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr. Delval has gained strong experience in leading and transforming multi-billion-dollar global businesses. His extensive background includes high-tech products and solutions, complex projects, and comprehensive services in the commercial, infrastructure, industrial, and residential sectors.
Hugues Delval has successfully overseen operations and P&Ls ranging from €150M to €11B, consistently delivering industry-leading profitable growth. His expertise extends beyond financial achievements to include mobilising entire organisations around new strategies, scaling digital solutions, implementing sustainability initiatives, and driving organisational transformations.
