Tedge Energy acquires Värmex and strengthens its offering within energy efficiency

Tedge Energy ("Tedge") continues its expansion and strengthens its offering within energy efficiency through the acquisition of Värmex AB ("Värmex"). The acquisition is a step in Tedge's long-term strategy to be the leading provider of sustainable energy systems.

Värmex is a specialist company within energy efficiency solutions. With more than 40 years in the market and a unique combination of technicians and engineers, the company is a knowledge leader within hydronic system balancing. Through its specialist expertise, Värmex helps customers optimise performance, energy efficiency and operational reliability in both existing and newly built facilities. The company also offers pre-studies, design and inspection services for HVAC systems. Värmex operates in the Greater Stockholm area and has revenues of approximately SEK 80 million with 45 dedicated employees. The current management team will continue in their operational roles and will also become shareholders in Tedge.
