SELATEK acquires Järfälla Låsservice

SELATEK strengthens its offering within security solutions by acquiring Järfälla Låsservice, a well-established Company providing lock and security systems with a strong presence in the Stockholm region. The Company has been operating since 1969 and offers a wide range of services including consultation, project management, service, manufacturing and installation of mechanical and electronic security locks as well as access control solutions.

Järfälla Låsservice has revenues of around SEK 20m and employs seven dedicated people. The current owner and CEO will continue in his operational role and remain as shareholder within the Group.
